* In order to avoid counterfeiting, when paying via money order, after the money order is received, their will be a three day hold period on all applicable orders.
* All tax exempt forms will be verified. Please allow 1-2 business days to process tax-exempt forms.
* On rare occasions, items may be on backorder for up to 3-7 business days. If the order is on backorder for more then 7 business days you will be notified via email.
* Service transit time information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Also note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
* Delivery status and/or tracking number(s) will be provided automatically via email
* Items(s) must be returned within 7 business days after receipt.
* Only items with authorized RMA numbers will be accepted for return.
* Please make sure to write your RMA number on a slip of paper and place it into the package you are returning your item(s) with.
* Refunds will be given as an exchange. Upon individualized requests and our own discrepancy, monetary refunds will be given.
