On offer here are 10 x Agilant/Avago HSMS-2823 Schottky mixer/detector diodes. These are dual independent diode devices.
High sensitivity detector with similar characteristics to the HP5082-2835 and NEC 1SS99 (also listed) leaded parts. Due to SMD packaging the low series inductance of these parts allows operation to 5.2Ghz around 2Ghz higher than the leaded parts.
* Low forward volts drop 0.3V at 1mA
* 2 independent diodes on the 1 package, allows a detector with simultaneous positive and negative outputs to be constructed. Can also be used in a voltage doubler configuration.
* Low junction capacitance 0.3pF typical
* Device dies taken from adjacent parts of the wafer resulting in a good match between diodes.
* Allows greater flexibility for projects as the diodes are electrically independent of each other
* SOT-23 style SMD 4 lead package
