New hatch 39 watt 277V metal halide electronic ballast

This listing is for ONE brand new, never ever connected to power, Hatch m/n MC39-1-J-277U electronic ballast. For use with 39 watt metal halide lamps only. 277 volt input.
This ballast came in a brand new light fixture and was removed from the fixture in favor of a higher wattage ballast. This was never ever connected to power and is absolutely unused brand new!!!!!!
The best retail I have found for this ballast is $116.50 so this is a deal if not a steal!!!!!!
