* It appears to be a Model 6600 based on catlog photos
* This prober can probe up to an 8"/150mm wafer. The X,Y stages move +/- 3" from center. The microscope has a separate X,Y stage with +/- 1" of travel. Thus the combined travel is +/- 4" or 8" total.
* Prober can be demo'd in our Salem, MA 01970 facility
* S/N 903178 as shown in the photos
* All the stages move smoothly
* Some of the braided drive belts should be replaced.
* Mitutoyo WF Zoom (1-2X) trinocular microscope head. This is an extremely high quality microscope
* 3 Mitutoyo objectives, 2X, 10X and 20X. All are M-PLAN APO objectives
* Wafer chuck is gold coated and is 6 inch/150 mm in diameter
* Unit is very clean and is cuurently in operation
* $30 fee to box. $30 Fee to band to a pallet
