Here is an MDC single axis manipulator, model number LMTA1512S1 (66542-01)
1.5" bore, dual CF flanges, 12 inches of travel with motorized actuator.

Looks good, the bellows hose has some minor outer wrinkles, but seems cosmetic. I haven't put a vacuum to it to be sure. Motor is untested.
