Single Loose Radial Capacitor/ TO-220 Lead cutting machine
A MUST for any thou-hole or SMD PCB assemble that will use at least some thou hole large size capacitor or TO-220 ( or simular flat type ) parts.
This machine will advance the parts to the cutting one by one, operator will require to place the loose parts to the advancing area, so it will take the parts inside the cutter and cut, then drop to the collection bin.
This is design for bags capacitor, loose parts that have very high speed ( 3000pc/min) cutting rate compare with manual place the parts inside the die and cut.
Lead lenght is adjustable from : 3-20mm
Maximum lead diameter to cut: 0.4-1.5mm
Maximum Part size: 16mm diameter
Size : 420mm L x 340mm W x 430mm H
Robust all metal construction, suitable to cut most radial parts to specific lead length, such as high voltage capacitor, electrolytic capacitor, To220 transistor, 7815 type voltage regulator, transistor etc that flat loose parts required cut the lead to specific lenght.,
