Condition ............ Very Nice Used, clean. I just ran it and it runs great, nice and quiet. The piece of chain leaning against the hoist is just a piece that is left over from the chain that is holding the hoist up in the air, so it is not part of the hoist.
This item weighs approximately 160 pounds or so. I have not weighed it so that is only an estimate.
