1) Call our new account sales line at (***)-789-7178 to speak with one of our sales specialists about your business and we will prepare the necessary application for you to complete and return. The account approval process generally takes 1-5 business days.
2) Once we have an approval on your new merchant account, we will call you to confirm that your new equipment is on its way.
Please note: We are only capable of establishing new merchant accounts for businesses located within the United States. If you are trying to set up a merchant account outside the United States, we are not able to help you.
Please make sure you give us the correct address during checkout. We are not responsible for wrong, invalid or undeliverable addresses. Once checkout is complete the address can not be changed. So make sure you have the right address on file.
All items are guaranteed to arrive in working condition. If the item is dead on arrival or defective upon arrival then we will exchange it. All exchanges have to be approved by us first. Simply notify us by email and if necessary we will authorize an exchange. Return instructions will be provided in the email. The item must be returned in original packaging with all original accessories that came with it.
