* The finger scanner unit is also a portable unit that can be mounted in a variety of locations and even carried around thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery. Provided with a wall mounting bracket, once fixed in the desire location you can lock the finger print scanner in place with the key provided. Then if you ever need to take it back to your desk to download the information you can then unlock it using the key and slide it off the mounting bracket.

Simple, you can connect it to your computer, once you have installed the software application provided, and delete you registration details. After that, re-register and alternate finger and your good to go.
* What's the use rid and password to access administrative privileges on this unit?
The use rid and password can be found in the user manual, but here is it anyway. Use rid is "admin", no quotes needed. The password is either: 321, 123, 1234, 000, 0, 0000, 1, or just leave it blank.
