Another downside is that this has no operation manual, original packaging, data cord or startup cd. It is a popular scanner and resources are abundant to recover these items. The loading tray in the front is missing two screws. There are guide pegs to lock it in place so it's really not a problem. I am trying to disclose all of it's troubles, although minor. Feel free to ask questions.
