You will need a truck and about three strong backs to get it down the stairs.
Condition: Some scuffs in the stain. Four small screws that hold the top portion on the base are missing (has not affectedits use in the least). Key missing to locking portions is missing (all drawers are unlocked). Right upright has been crackedand repaired.
File drawer dividers included; all moving parts working perfectly.
