ANORAD ANOLINE PCLM with precision miniature linear stage and Renishaw RGB25Y00R01 with Piezo Ceramic Linear Motor.
It looks like this is a two axis controller with only one axis attached.

PCLM (Piezo Ceramic Linear Motor) stages are designed for use in high vacuum, non-magnetic environments (10-7 torr).
This is apparently some sort of encoder sensor inside the stage.

Condition looks good used but we don't have the computer to hook it up to test it. No documentation or software.
