This unit is a Hipotronics HDS 100 Series 25KV HiPot Tester. It is very clean, but not pristine, so expect some scratches, nicks and old label residue. It comes with the attached power cord. Sorry no manuals or probes, but they are available from the factory.
**This unit is shown on 3 DC Ranges and 1 AC Range. We used our Simpson 260 on the 5KV range**
