Brand new in the box. Custom made face plate with 5/16"-18 tapped holes and 7/16" wide slots. D1-4 mount, includes pins and retaining screws. 8.5" diameter The mfg put the slots into the mount area so the ends of the slots are not very useful. You could extend them further towards the outside diameter though. A Tools4cheap exclusive!
