1020 feet of #1 AWG Appliance and Motor Lead stranded (7 rope strands [259 total strands]) tinned copper single conductor cable with black 80 mil EPREX-150 EPDM (ethylene propylene rubber) insulation, a nominal diameter of .57" manufactured by the Rome Cable Corporation, rated for 600 volts.
This wire is used as appliance wire exposed to temperatures not to exceed 150 C non-flexong and 125 C flexing applications in air as lead wires for coils, transformers, motors, ballasts, or solenoids where high temperature operation or baking cycles are involved. Also recommended under IEEE Standards for Class 155 C as motor leads.
